A mess isn’t something that we usually like to share.  It’s a bit embarrassing to expose your shortcomings to the world.

But now there’s a good reason to swallow your pride and share your tales of mess with Appliances Online – for the next four weeks (starting 10 March), your mess confessions can win you and a friend Dyson cleaning appliances!

Here’s how it works:

  • Join the Appliances Online community, either on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
  • We’ll announce the week’s Confess The Mess theme – it could be Messy Pet, Messy Home, or just about anything else…  Stay on your toes!
  • Confess your mess, including all the details of who was involved.  You can tell us a story of your mess-making misadventure, tagging the people involved, or post a photo, again with tags of anyone responsible for the mess.
  • Each week, our team will choose our favourite story or photo, and a Dyson appliance will be sent not only to the person who posted the mess, but the friend they tagged as well!

That’s right – you and a friend have the chance to BOTH win a Dyson vacuum cleaner to help keep your messy misadventures under control… and all you have to do is share them with our community!

Mark joined Appliances Online in November 2011 and has since learned more than he ever expected to know about appliances. He enjoys looking for new and unusual ways for to solve everyday problems using typical household appliances. When he’s not toiling at the desks of Appliances Online and Big Brown Box, he tries to find time to write the next big bestseller and draw satirical cartoons, but is too easily distracted by TV, music and video games. Mark’s favourite appliance is the Dyson Groom Tool, as he loves the concept of vacuuming your dog. Google+
