Lux has been accused of 'unconscionably' pressuring elderly consumers to buy vacuum cleaners by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Lux, who distributes vacuum cleaners predominantly through in-house demonstrations, is being prosecuted in the Federal Court.
