Delivery Info

We offer three delivery services depending on your delivery location and your order.

If you are in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Newcastle, Canberra or the Gold Coast metropolitan areas:

  • We deliver with our own trucks from our own warehouse.
  • You can request a specific delivery day. However, some NSW areas have set delivery days. For example: Southern Highlands Monday, South Coast Wednesday and Friday and Blue Mountains Tuesday and Thursday. Unfortunately, we are unable to commit to requested delivery times.
  • Our drivers are fully trained in handling all goods.
  • Your driver will call on the morning of delivery before 10am with an approximate delivery window, and will call again 1 hour before delivery (unless delivery is before 11am, in which case the driver will call 1 hour before delivery only).
  • If stock is not available from our local warehouse, we may arrange for it to be delivered direct from an interstate warehouse or direct from the manufacturer, to avoid delays. (We will let you know, prior to delivery, if this is going to happen).

 

If you are in Adelaide and your order is Electrolux, Chef, Dishlex, Kelvinator, Simpson or Westinghouse:

  • Your delivery will come direct from the manufacturer if they have stock.
  • You can request a specific Monday to Friday delivery date (Electrolux provides a Saturday delivery option for $70 regardless of how many Electrolux items are being delivered. If the order includes a side by side fridge the delivery fee is $95)
  • Your delivery driver will be trained in handling all goods.
  • If your purchase is out of stock with the manufacturer, or is part of an order which includes other brands, we may ship it direct from an Appliances Online warehouse via Allied Express or Allied Express contracted agents. (We will let you know, prior to delivery, if this is going to happen).

 

If you are outside the areas above:

  • Your delivery will come from an Appliances Online warehouse via Allied Express or Allied Express contracted agents.
  • You can request a specific delivery date which Allied Express will endeavour to meet, however, depending on location this date may need to be adjusted.
  • You can follow your delivery online using a ‘Track and Trace’ service. Or simply call us on 1300 000 500 and we will be happy to track it for you.
  • Please be aware that Allied Express Freight is a door to door, street level delivery service only. Allied Express cannot deliver up flights of stairs or go inside people’s homes and are also unable to provide an installation or removal service.

 

How much will your delivery cost?

  • For most items to most places, delivery is free.
  • Otherwise delivery is priced on a per product basis.
  • Enter your suburb or postcode via the “Change Your Delivery Location” link in the top right of the page, then view the product you are interested in to see the delivery cost.
  • The delivery cost is displayed below the product price.

 

Can you request a delivery time or day?

  • Appliances Online generally delivers Monday to Friday up until about 5pm.
  • Next weekday delivery is usually available on orders placed before 2.30pm AEST. Please note that during the period when daylight saving time is observed by some areas of Australia (late October to the beginning of April) this time is 2:30pm AEDST / Sydney time.
  • You can request a delivery date on the checkout page that we will endeavour to meet, however, depending on your location this date may need to be adjusted.
  • Due to our high volume of deliveries it is not possible to request specific times. Unfortunately we are unable to commit to requested delivery times.
  • For convenience we can give an estimated time for the delivery (usually a 2 hour window) on the morning of your delivery.
  • A courtesy call before the delivery can also be arranged, this can be requested in the delivery instruction box when placing the order.
  • We are able to offer after hours and Saturday delivery on Electrolux, Simpson, Westinghouse, Chef and Dishlex products in most metro areas. Electrolux provides a Saturday delivery option for $70 regardless of how many Electrolux items are being delivered. If the order includes a side by side fridge the delivery fee is $95.
