Perfect beef wellington in a gas oven: Emilia Glem cooks us dinner

Last Tuesday the team from Appliances Online and Winning Appliances enjoyed an exclusive evening with Emilia Glem, who were showcasing their new range of inbuilt gas ovens.

Held at Victor Churchill Butchery in Woollahra, the lucky guests were treated to a live cooking demonstration. On the menu was beef wellington, cooked to perfection in a state-of-the-art Glem gas oven.
