How to make a white chocolate and passionfruit dip – Homemade snacks, made easy!

4. White Chocolate and Passionfruit Dip
Whenever my mum planned to host a dinner party, and she was always looking to make an impression on the pallet. This super simple dish did that, and left everyone asking for the recipe.
Creamy, chocolaty and perfectly balanced with passionfruit sweetness. The only problem is it will be so popular that you’ll have them begging for more.
The best part for me was always the fact I got to enjoy it without having to make it!
The recipe itself is very basic, the hard part is choosing the fruit – make sure you go with produce that’s in season and fresh.
Ingredients
- 300g Thickened Cream
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 170g Canned Passionfruit Pulp
- 220g White Chocolate
- Variety of fruit for dipping
Method
- Melt white chocolate in a saucepan on a low temperature.
- Warm the cream cheese and thickened cream in a separate saucepan, then add to the melted chocolate and combine with an electric mixer.
- Once the mixture is smooth, fold in the passionfruit pulp.
- Pour into small serving bowls and refrigerate until sauce is set.
- Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy.
