Our team of writers include:

Kevin Bradford

All the way from the UK, Kevin is our multicultural offering on the content team. A journalist and video editor, Kevin is our man with a handy cam, charged with interviewing and filming anyone and everything appliance related.
His Essex roots provide a quirky, if not always coherent, take on the huge amount of product news, reviews and launches we try to stay across here at Appliances Online.

His passion for playing and watching sport is only matched by his desire succeed as one of the first digital content journalists working within the exciting and expanding world of online retail.

Kevin’s favourite appliance is a Beefeater BBQ as it enables him to fully assimilate into the Aussie lifestyle, but still maybe with a preferred warm beer in hand.

Keri Algar

Having once had to sit on the washing machine to stop it from bouncing into oblivion, Keri is today delighted with the new (smoother running) technologies that make housework easier every day. A self-confessed lazy-bones, Keri seeks out quirky inventions that ease the human workload, such as the robotic vacuum cleaner (wow). And as soon as someone figures out a Jetsons-like self-cleaning house, she will happily lay her pen to rest and retire from appliance journalism. Until then, her pick is a fridge that will tell her smartphone when it’s time to pick up more beer on the way home. Magic.

Louise Carter

Louise is a writer with a passion for appliances, especially those that involve food. Her favourite appliance is the oven because ovens enable her to make crispy potatoes and cake. Apart from baking Louise also enjoys listening to alternative music, dying her hair various unnatural colours and writing poetry that has been described (by her Nan) as ‘quite nice’. On her appliance wish list is a Hello Kitty toaster and ‘Hero’ the barking dog-shaped hot dog maker. She lives in Sydney.
